Our story
A roofer who answers his own phone
Premier Home Improvements is run by Connor Crosby. Connor grew up in Norwich and has spent his working life on roofs across Norfolk, so when you call, you are talking to the person who will be looking at your roof, not a salesman reading from a script.
The idea behind the business is simple. Treat people the way you would want your own mum treated. Turn up when you say you will. Give a fair price and stick to it. Do the job properly and leave the place tidy. It is not complicated, but it is rare enough that most of our work now comes from people telling their neighbours about us.
We are not the biggest firm in the city, and we do not want to be. Staying small means Connor keeps an eye on every job, and you get someone who actually cares whether your roof is right.

Premier Home Improvements has been the name over the door since day one, and plenty of people in Norwich find us searching for home improvements rather than roofing. So here is the honest version of what we do.
We are specialists, not a general builder. Our work is the outside of your home, and specifically the part that protects everything underneath it: the roof, the roofline, the guttering and the chimney. That means new roofs and re-roofing, roof repairs, flat roofs, fascias, soffits and guttering, roof cleaning, roof ventilation, skylights and chimney work, right across Norwich and 40 miles of Norfolk.
If you want a kitchen fitted or an extension built, we are not your people and we will tell you so rather than take the job. If it is on your roof, it is what we do every day, and it is why most of our work in Norwich comes from people telling their neighbours about us.
