Our story
A roofer who answers his own phone
Premier Home Improvements is run by Connor Crosby. Connor grew up in Norwich and has spent his working life on roofs across Norfolk, so when you call, you are talking to the person who will be looking at your roof, not a salesman reading from a script.
The idea behind the business is simple. Treat people the way you would want your own mum treated. Turn up when you say you will. Give a fair price and stick to it. Do the job properly and leave the place tidy. It is not complicated, but it is rare enough that most of our work now comes from people telling their neighbours about us.
We are not the biggest firm in the city, and we do not want to be. Staying small means Connor keeps an eye on every job, and you get someone who actually cares whether your roof is right.
